Intellectual Property & Copyright Retention

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, reproduction rights, and moral rights in and to the artwork sold on this website, remain exclusively with the Artist. The purchase of a physical painting transfers ownership of the physical object only. It does not grant the Buyer any license, right, or permission to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork for commercial or non-commercial purposes without express written consent from the Artist.

Color Accuracy and Digital Display Disclaimer

While every effort is made to accurately display the colors, textures, and details of the hand-painted acrylic artwork on this website, the actual appearance may vary due to digital display settings, screen calibration, and lighting conditions. Artworks are sold on an 'as-is' basis, and slight variations between the digital image and the physical piece do not constitute a defect or grounds for a dynamic return.

Care and Environmental Damage Disclaimer

The Buyer assumes all responsibility for the proper care, framing, handling, and display of the physical artwork. The Artist shall not be held liable for any degradation, fading, cracking, warping, or damage resulting from environmental factors, including but not limited to exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, humidity, moisture, or improper cleaning techniques.

Shipping Damage & Transference of Risk

Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the artwork to the third-party shipping carrier. The Artist is not responsible for transit delays, handling damage, or packages lost by the carrier. In the event of damage sustained during transit, the Buyer must notify the Artist within 48 hours of delivery and provide detailed photographic evidence to facilitate an insurance claim with the carrier.

Return Policy on Unique Physical Goods

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of hand-painted fine art, all sales of original acrylic paintings [and custom commissions] are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by the Artist prior to dispatch.
