Terms of service

  • Color Discrepancy: Monitor settings vary and you cannot guarantee that the physical paint colors exactly match the digital image. Reach out if you would like to receive emails of the art in different lighting.
  • Handmade Nature: Minor imperfections, textures, and brushstrokes are normal characteristics of original acrylic art and are not considered defects.
  • Retention of Rights: Heather's Canvas retains 100% of the copyright to the artwork even after it is sold. 
  • No Reproduction: Buyer is strictly purchasing the physical painting for personal display. Customer may not scan, reproduce, print, or resell copies of the artwork for commercial profit without an explicit commercial license contract.
  • Packaging Policy: Art is packaged securely to prevent sticking or crushing.
  • Transfer of Risk: Once the carrier takes possession, Heather's Canvas are not liable for transit delays or extreme weather damage, but will assist with carrier claims.

  • All Sales Final: unless damaged in transit.

    Damaged on Arrival: Buyer must notify and send photographic proof of both the damaged packaging and the canvas within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for an insurance claim or refund.
